    just get your road tax online now, http://www.vehiclelicence.gov.uk/EvlPortalApp/ though i think you need the new style MOT to do this though

    Seeing as the new style MOT has been out since 2006, and every MOT only lasts 12 months. I don't think there is any old MOT's still in force. ;)
