Blackberry Curve 8320 on Orange (need help)
I have recently got a Blackberry Curve 8320 on Orange.
Having just looked online I have:
Free Unlimited Ev & Wk OW 2mth
Chargeable Unltd Ev & Wk OW
OW Daily Capped Usage
I would like to set up the ability to send and receive emails and also browse the internet when not at home. I was under the impression the package I have (Dolphin 30 with a £5 add on) included this.
But there is no selection to set up an email address on the phone. There is only 'I want to use a work email account with a Blackberry Enterprise Server' to select. Additionally, with the phone was a card with the website blackberry.orange.co.uk. When entering my details from the phone it says it is registered to another provider - any ideas?
Short of going into an Orange shop which isn't that easy as there isn't one that close to me, I am lost!
Please help, it will be greatly appreciated.

You need the Blackberry talkplan package added to have the Blackberry Acess Point Name (APN) added. Without it, the handset is very simple and can't perform most of it's functions.
costs around £5/mth. get rid of the other bundle.

If you want to use push email you MUST have the package above. Push email is talking to the Rim server all the time the amount of data used in a month is huge without the BB data package your first bill would be a heck of a shock. . .0
