Well i was going to suggest halfords stuff which ive not had a problem with, maybe one thats neat eg not already diluted would be a good due to the cold conditions0

I just use tap water. As spending most of my life on the motorway I soon get thru screen wash.
My dad used to put Fairy Liquid in his year ago (other washing detergents are available from good stockists...)0 -
Me too but it's always frozen nowadays in the mornings and evenings ie. when I drive.0

do you drive a vw by chance
my crappy brand new golf cocked up when i put halfords stuff in it, pathetic!0 -
bmw but same nationality......0

i found putting hot water in and squirting it out over a period of 10 minutes or so (not to burn the motor out) would help remove the gunk etc0

VW group vehicles with fan spray jets can only use the special fluid available from .... you guessed it ...... VW, but many forums recommend the Halfords Lemon Super Concentrate as it contains water softeners. Expensive, but on 3 for 2 nowhere near as expensive as the VW stuff.
yup i found out, its total nonsense0 -
