I wouldn't recommend dealing with them. I have had nothing but hassle since going with them and my problems are still on-going. I won't fully go in-to all my issues but the short run down is:
I was sent a new phone with a sim which they couldn't activate. Talking to support is impossible (the phone system only allows 24 people in the queue or something of the sort so you never get through) and the staff were useless and never called back costing me a fortune in phone calls. Emails were not responsed to in 24 hours as stated. I ended up having to send the phone back with sim despite the phone itself being fine (it only required a sim which they wouldn't send) at my expense which they still have not refunded.
They sign you up for insurance and Gadget helplines without your permission. Upon recieving my second replacement phone I was signed up again and despite canceling I have been charged for these services which I am livid about.
Basically anything I saved by going with them was not worth the hassle. In my opinion steer clear, a google search will say much the same. I took a chance and wished I hadn't.0
