Thank you everyone. It's the fear of the unknown I think. Also, trying to answer for my actions from ages ago.

Hi Dalip, thank you for your advice from my previous posts, I have read them. Just wondered what to expect for that length of time.:o

Good luck girl. They say that length of time to cover themselves. They have to write down everything you say and unless they know shorthand that can take some time;) . Don't offer any info. I like SA tend to waffle and hate silent gaps. So had a big sign like TF suggests in front of me. I also made notes from my cc statements and had my SOA with me when mine rang.Dx

Speaking as one of the greatest all time wafflers - help!

If there is a break in the conversation when the OR is writing stuff down, count in your head. Do it slowly and calmly and concentrate on it. It may help you with any waffling :)

Good luck nicky s - I wish my OR interview was in 30 mins time!

Some advice from those of you that have had the thumbscrews applied......

my c/c statements read like an awful lot of "nothing" purchases......

Is there anything besides gambling that we should also stay silent about :lipsrseal

Might help to stop the waffling....... ;)

Hi all, interview if finally over after 1 hour & 10 mins. I'm sorry to scare anybody who has yet to have this, but I am typing this with tears pouring down my cheeks. It was a lot worse than I expected, and my financial history, and incomes went back to when my kids were born over nine years ago (Ican't remember last week never mind 9 years ago).
I was made to feel really small when she asked when did I stop using the cards. I replied that was when I realised my income was not sufficient. To which she replied did I not realise that when I was doing balance transfers.
I know this will feel better in a few days time, but at the minute, I feel really lousy.

On a better note, she does not think that an IPA will be imposed at present, and I should be able to keep my car for work.
