Tunisia is abit hit and miss regarding warm weather in Feb.

When you find the holiday you want to book why not list it for a day or two on https://www.haggle4me.com? I listed a holiday on their for the mother in law ans someone has found it for £188 cheaper (original price £1098). When you have loads of people all looking for the same deal it is more likely you'll find it! It also helps when there is the incentive that the bigger the saving you can find someone the more you earn!
