I have a contract phone from 3G,it 18 moths contract.when I bougt the phone they told me that the line rental is £34.50 you get 100 massages and 500minuts.If i don't go over £34.50 for 3moths I'll have to send the 3 bill statement and if you add that it gives you 103.5.I have colled them and send the statements to them, they just say the person ho is responseble for that is on holiday,out on lunch, offsick.

so what do I do couse i don't want this contract no more. :mad:

who supplied the phone to you ??

send then a letter recorded delivery saying you have supplied them with all the information required and that if they do not respond with 7 days you will go to the small claims court and start proceeding for the recovery of moneys owed + costs
