Phoned tosh direct today but they stated that lxdirect should get the tv fixed but lxdirect just want to refund and then for me to select another package ? Not likely.

We also received the video SD 16 and not SD 26. We looked up the spec for the tv and dvd/video on the Toshiba website just to compare them and it seems that there is not alot of difference between them. The picture is great on the tv and the dvd plays all regions so overall we are very pleased.

I ordered the Toshiba tv from lx direct too and still waiting for it, please be aware of them not keeping to their delivery dates and taking your money from your bank account straight away before dispatch . i was due to receive it on the 31st and i,m still waiting , i want to cancel but i cant find a better deal, and i didnt receive my £10 voucher till after i ordered it.

Still no joy with lxdirect, still refusing to give me another tv as the item PY779C is out of stock even though they delivered PY2858 and this is still in stock. Have check and either tv is in stock but do not seem will to consider just replacing the tv ? Not sure what else I can do ?
