    Morning folks!

    Sorry I'm late :)

Been on the phone to the dratted CSA. Still no joy. It's only been 8 years, so I guess I've got a while to wait yet LOL. I might just get it as a nice retirement fund.
Meanwhile, we have to struggle by whilst fathers live it up grrr.

I have a food shop due at anytime before 12.

Kids all off to school with hot porridge in their bellies, and a nice pack up!

Some washing done, courtesy of my new airers.

    Rent paid for next month....sorted!

Meat defrosted for tea...shepherds pie tonight :)

Going to have a mad dash in a moment - when I've had a cup of tea to calm down after half an hours headbanging with the CSA. Hmmph.
Proud to be dealing with my debts :T

Don't throw away food challenge started 30/10/11 £4.45 wasted.

You know Oddjob, you really do seem to be an exception in the male of the species - and I mean that in the best way :D My DH doesn't like working (but he hates being stuck at home even more ), and has suggested we swap roles. Trouble is I know I'd end up doing everything here myself as he wouldn't have a clue. And as for taking in a pair of trousers :eek: I wouldn't even like to think about how he would go about doing that

    Thanks Justamum....very kind..im blushing slightly:o

I am one of three boys..My mum always wanted a girl but never had one so..

As my father taught us to do things like build, kill chickens and skin and gut a goat..my mother taught us how to cook, sow, and repair what clothes we had.. etc etc etc..

Justamum...I suggested swapping with Mr G as well, but I'm not sure what I'd come home to :rotfl: I know that he can put the dishwasher on (although his loading is interesting), he can do the washing and he can hang clothes to dry. He's good at shopping, DIY and looking after the children. But with the dishwasher etc most of the time I need to prompt him. I always dread being ill as I dunno what I'll come downstairs to :rotfl:

You're lucky. My DH can't do washing. I could explain how to use the washing machine, but it would go in one ear and out the other! I wouldn't trust him to shop - he wouldn't look for reduced and bogof stuff (he can't cook either). DIY he can do, but it takes so long for him to actually do anything. Cleaning and tidying. Hmm, wouldn't like to trust him with that either. Mind you he's good at complaining about other people's untidyness

    Morning ladies and OJ

Dalies done, all children in school.

Just need to find my list, make a cuppa and then up to tackle our bedroom. The more I move about the longer I can leave it until I put the heating back on.
