OMG...who made me type that?
I have been a little fragile today, I think it was the Indian I ate:rolleyes: (nothing to do with the copious amounts of wine) On an MS theme it was a cheap night though:rotfl:.
Today is a NSD for me, although hubby will probably spend enough for both of us.
I have finally got round to making up my garden baskets and mucking out the pots! Front and back of house now looking much better. One hedge cut, two more to go. Fence is in desperate need of a paint so I may do that tomorrow, weather dependant.
Hope you are all feeling better than me today:rotfl:

Good evening all, a very sober TPA reporting in
Well I didn't get the fence painted, it was just too hot, I did however do a mystery shop and sort our direct debits.
We now have so many regular savers that the total per month equals the total we get paid. (Basic pay, no overtime, mystery shops etc, but even so:eek:) I moved the bulk of our savings from Tesco to AA this month, leaving approx. £6,000 as we will need something to live on for the next 6 months or so! As I dip into it I will of course take it off our savings total for that particular month. However I'm wondering if I have left things a little (ok a lot) tight? This money will have to pay for all our expenses, mortgage, food household bills etc. etc. and i'm not sure this is do-able on around £1,000 per month. In fact i'm pretty sure its not. Mystery shopping etc. is so dependant on being in the right place at the right time I really don't want to bank on getting x amount per month.
I can accsess some of the savings without penalty but I obviously would rather not!
We do both desperatly need to lose weight so perhaps no food shopping for 6 months is the answer:rotfl:
Oh poo how do I get myself into these prediciments?

It sounds as if your inputs to your costs for the spreadsheet(s) may be a little adrift from the reality if you have made a plan based upon the data you hold? Where is reality diverging from the base case you predicated this all upon; can you review and look to reduce spend in those areas if you and OH go through your spending in detail?
Whatever happens I hope you don't need to call upon those fixed rate savings and then lose out. Fingers crossed for you.0 -
TPA are you doing any of the Bare car jobs? That would be a nice boost to income. I have 11 for next weekend, with another 2 jobs to fit in too . Seems to be not many jobs about at the mo (can't you go up to Evesham area & do all those jobs on RE - they're driving me nuts :rotfl:).
Sorry things are going to be tight, however it's for the best of reasons :T. Good luck in sorting it out.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0
