Non paying bidder neg feedback!

I have a buyer who bought a BIN auction for £7 off me. They have a -1 rating for timewasting and not paying.

They contacted me instantly and put

"
[FONT=&quot]SORRY I BUY THIS MY MISTAKE, PLEASE CREDIT ME FEEDBACK"

So they basically deliberatly bought it in the hope i would leave them feedback.
I told them i would not leave positive for them if they were not going to pay.
I have asked them to cancel the transaction and they have declined it.

I contacted ebay and explained they are trying to get me to leave them feedback and manipulate there rating and ebay are not interested. They have said they will look into it but they cant tell me the outcome.

They have credited me back the fee for the auction manually, which isnt the point, i wanted the transaction cancelled so i didnt have to deal with this joker bugging me for Pos Feedback.

Yesterday the buyer left ME negative! I have put a follow up comment to expain this guy is a con artist and that they havent paid. However ebay are refusing to remove it!

What can i do??

SO basically it seems if we want to all go and buy an item, refuse to pay and leave the seller negative feedback, ebay wont care.

Yep, under the new rules sellers can no longer leave anything other than a positive.

It sounds like you were deliberately targetted though, have you picked up any malicious bidders or does anyone know your ebay account who maybe would want to do you a mischief? This doesn't sound random to me.

Report them to ebay for malicious bidding, keep on at ebay until they reconsider removing the negative.

    i've had a similar problem
they didnt want feedback left but seemed to have a problem with me and purchased and item with no intention of paying for it AND neg'd me for the trouble.
I'm currently arguing it out with ebay (how can they allow a neg from a person who's already got a strike? surely the neg option should at least be removed when its been agreed by ebay that they are in the wrong) though i'm not holding my breath - good luck OP

If a buyer responds to the NPB dispute and a negative is left it can still be removed but only if it breaches the following rule:

When the communication and comments left by the buyer within the Unpaid Item Dispute Console undermine the integrity of both the Unpaid Item process and the eBay Feedback system

    http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/feedback-withdrawal-removal.html

If you can persuade ebay it breaches that rule, or you can get the buyer suspended then the negative will be rmoved:

If a member is suspended by eBay, negative and neutral Feedback left by that member is removed. If a member is suspended within 90 days of registration, all Feedback is removed.

Sounds like you opened the kind of dispute that an idiot buyer can mess up for you. You don't get your fees reimbursed, and THEY don't get a NPB strike.

What other type of dispute is there?
