I got a PC from their clearance store which had a lower spec than advertised and had the same response - return for full refund. I don't want a refund.... I just want what I paid for.
I didnt have to send it all i did was go onto ask questions bit on the site and wrote in there " could you please send me the postage address of your managing director as this is a copy of the letter that i intend sending if the matter is not resolved before next week. "
and next day got an email saying i so and so am personelly dealing with this myself etc with loads of apologies and i am going to get further information about this..........
next day get an email saying

Please accept my apologies for this matter, I can arrange to send you a 512mb memory card. Please could you let me know the best days for this to be delivered, and I will arrange this.
so just got to wait for it to be delivered now

Don't forget about the phone bill - 0870's are charged at around 8p per minute at peak times. I'd suggest emailing/posting a copy of the relevant phone bill with the amounts highlighted.

got my replacement memory card and guess what !!!!! its the wrong sort of card :mad: they sent me a normal SD card rather than a Mini SD card, sent them an email to which i get no reply from :mad: :mad: so i send them another and i get a reply from this one saying this
" Thank you for contacting us about your recent purchase of a memory card. (i didnt buy one, its a replacement)

just to show that they haven't read my email properly that i sent them, so i went to my local store to see if they can exchange it for me, the lady goes to see one of her supervisors and they say call the "0870" number and im like no way :mad: ive been on this number so much i know it off by heart so i got them to phone it, so they do, then they come back to me and say they need to send away the whole phone package back to comet online to get the right SD card for it, as it came as a package, if this was the case why send me a card throught the post. i have had enough of comet now and gonna try to get this sorted, final
