onwards and upwards ladies, diet starts tomorrow properly... back into the usual routine n all that!

i don't think i've been too bad food wise, and have done some running to compensate....

it's my money management that has let me down this last 3 weeks! i am skint as a skint thing from skint town (copyright bunny),

i laid aside £400 of my bonus so i didn't fritter it away but had to dip into that. Have £300 set aside, will need probably half of it to pay for my share of new hall/stairs carpet. and the rest will be spent on day to day living......

money has gone on eating out/petrol/food shopping before Xmas/sales.......

mind you, big g owes me £60, which is a help...!

and Play.com should be refunding £40, so that will help too!
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

7lbs will be easy lost honey, once you start back on your plan. Did you get a new plan off Guru?
