I had a similar small step earlier....I turned down a Baileys and had a cup of tea:o

I read in the SW book that Baileys is 4 syns for 30ml (same as a day nurse measure :eek: ) I dread to think how many syns a large tumbler of it is :rolleyes:

well, a litre bottle is 134 syns spud, so I guess it depends on how big your tumbler is

Just been up to see to the horse and fell on the ice, right into a blinking huge muddy puddle.

Really winded myself - and i am soaking. Just waiting on the bath running now to wash the mud off
