Morning all

Its positive thinking for everyone today. I think January is often a hard month for people and I think we all need a bit of cheering up and positive thinking to keep us going! Hey no harm in trying is there

So I was wondering as I was listening to my ipod this morning what song really makes you smile? For me everytime its Dancing Queen by Abba...not really sure why but gets me smiling, singing and feeling happy!

Anyway enough waffle from me, got the house to tidy, go to Tesco :eek: , finish wedding photos and get DD out the house and doing some exercise as we both have the christmas bulge!

Morning!

I've got a few songs that lift my spirits but at the moment it's Ida Maria 'Better When You're Naked' - I sing along to it in my car at full blast and it always makes me smile.

Oh and Fratellis 'Mistress Mabel' which is actually on the same compilation album (I forget which...possibly the Q album?), which sounds GREAT turned up to floor-shaking volume.

well done hypno thats fantastic. Can I ask you did Rich do you a training plan or are you doing another one? Im way behind on the one he did me so need to re-adjust and im about the same level as you now and need to get back into it this week

Rich did me a training plan BUT I had two weeks off because of a cold, so have "eased" myself back into it over the last couple of weeks.

I printed off the Runners World intermediate (4hrs 30 sort of target) plan which is a 16 week plan starting tomorrow - doesn't look too bad so I will give that a go as the 16 weeks works out perfectly for FLM

Morning all. Bit bleary eyed this morning, and it's a bit grey out there.

Can't think of a specific song that makes me feelhappy etc, Love Shack is great, also Beggin' by Madcon.....I've got the radio on, so when I hear a track that makes me sing, i'll let you know!

Loads to do today :rolleyes: . Lots of teaching prep. to do, as well as AQA.

Got my little furry security guard next to me to keep me company.

Morning all...
I MUST do some house cleaning today, make DD tidy her bedroom, and make sure both of them have all their kit for school tomorrow sorted. I hate that "Mum, have you seen my rugby socks?" just as they are about to leave....

Why did DH decide he just HAD to call me at 0710 on a sunday morning to discuss his pension plans???!!!!!!??? Oh, yeah, 'cos he cocked up working out the time difference....and they trust him to fly the damn plane?????

Oh god I had forgotten school starts tomorrow...or is it a staff training day Oh dam going to have to try and find the term date. SRM I did have to laugh at your early morning call!
