Thanks for all the horsey replies....farmer wants to put 10 stables/sand school/dung heap and car park right up against our garden. He's now decided he can't afford to build himself so it's on market for 380k, including 10 acre field. DH is dithering over whether we should buy so no developement occurs-but 380k!!It's just not worth that, but it has planning permission to convery old brick farm "shed" to groom accom....

    Offer £280K :D

Maz liking your new years resolutions for 2009...I must also stop buying clothes for Bea to make me feel better because I looked like an outcast at her age...:)
Actaully I have just filled a huge box 64litre one with DD clothes that are going off to be sold to make some mahonney for the sealed pot/debt pot:)

we've both got more clothes than we will ever wear..... nothing of great quality, more quantity!!

have been adding 50p's to my sealed pot too... but not keeping track, just going to open it if we go on summer holiday or maybe even use it for Christmas...

random surreal moment of my day so far....

there is a ferret running about in my living room! how bizarre!!

Big G has ferrets out the back in hutches, one female albino ferret is in on her own (to avoid unwanted babies) so G handles her and Erin has been getting to know her, they have decided that this Jill will be a pet and Erin is in her element!

Now i know i could have saved a fortune and gave her a ferret for her Xmas!!!!!
