Champys, so it's that easy is it?

I didn't see the first half of the programme, just turned it over when half way through so just saw the end where it looked really nice and assumed it was a bit more complicated than that!
  • We have lots of soup mugs in the cupboard and I freeze soup directly in those, with cling film over the top.

On a morning, I get out a mug of mystery soup and because it's still frozen, it doesn't spill in my bag. Then, I just nuke it in the work microwave at lunchtime.

I even, if there's some nice gravy from a casserole, save that and eat it as soup in the same way
  • I do the same as Patchwork Quilt, but I use washed out takeaway boxes for freezing. If you transport while frozen you don't get any spills, and it defrosts enough by lunchtime to put in a bowl, THEN microwave. saves pouring hot soup around. I also agree about the mystery factor:rotfl: :rotfl: but that's ok, they all taste nice:D
