    Phone Monday. If he is employed PAYE chances are they will send a DEO to his employer and take the payments at source.

    As an NRP i hope your reasons for getting supervised contact are genuine...
  • yes 100% he is a sex offender,
    whats a DEO
    and NRP?

    DEO = deduction of earnings order

    If he is directly employed then the CSA can go straight to his employer and take the money before he gets paid.

    NRP = Non resident parent
  • Thanks , he is employed still as far as I know, unless he has been sacked for being a pervert.
    kids i feel sorry for as they love dad so much and they dont know whats happened and they cant know till they are old enough, I have even welcomed him in to our home to save going to contact centres but he refuses to see them at all now after fighting for 2 years, If I let my kids go to him social services will take them away... so im not just being petty, if he was normal they would be there every other weekend, I would love time for me, as mch as the kids would love time with dad, but its too much risk.
    very sad,

    Well phone Monday and see what response you get.
  • Hi, sorry I can't offer any constructive advice but having read your situation I just wanted to say how sad I am to read your situation. Keep strong and protect those children, they're precious and so impressionable. Best of luck, I'm sure you'll be fine.;)

    I agree with Markoston....defo phone Monday and get things moving. If he has missed 2 payments through the CSA and is employed then they can put a DEO on him. If he has been sacked and is claiming benefits then you can request that £7.00 per week is deducted from them to be paid to you.

    He can't emotionally blackmail you (or even sadder, the kids :() by witholding his maintenance as you won't leave them alone with him.

    This must have been a horrific time for you and you are doing well for keeping so strong - well done you! x
