This thread has got me thinking about what to do this year. First V'day engaged and in a new home. I'm thinking suprise romantic meal for 2 and decorating the house/rooms up as we havent decorated properly yet (so I don't care if the wallpaper gets ripped!) would be nice as we never get time on our own like that.
I've had a look for some heart candles, I'm going to do heart shaped hangy things for a decoration and then keep thinking....

Haha they look fun. Chocs and sweets are always a good bet, I might get my bf a nice shirt or something so that he's got something he actually wants and one of those 'sexy cheque books'.£23.04/£2020 - Make £2020 in 20200 -
I think i may do a love hamper instead of a pot of love, as i have so much i want to put into it, and i cant find any pots anywhere, I tried tescos, asda etc, and the shops in town, no nothing.
Where does everyone get their hamper boxes from? I saw some red storage boxes in store21, i was thinking i coukd maybe use one of those??0 -

Lynzie you could do a pot of love to go in your hamper, that is what I am doing. I have a big red box and plan to fill it with red things! I keep adding to it as and when I see things and some of the things are completely random.
I have this and a few other bits so far
and my pot of love I covered a yellow bowl from christmas in red tissue paperRaising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -
Thanks Rusty, I have never made a hamper or anything before, and I love the idea of being able to make my oh a hamper, whether it comes out right is another question.

The big red box is actually a christmas one I got it from birthdays in their sale section, was supposed to be £5.99 but I paid £1.25 for it, it does have a christmas tag on but I plan to remove that
If you get all of your items for a hamper then just place them all inside the basket/box and re arrange til you are happyI never imagined I could do something like that but now I knock them out really quickly and easily
