I saw tonights Richard Hammond show and thought it was great!! liked the idea of saving money on my mobile..
Im currently paying £25 with orange for 120mins anytime and 1000 text... at first i was using the mins and text but now im not!!
I'd like to stay with contract to get a new phone and because i can then make calls without the worry of having credit.
Any ideas please!!
I tried the 2 websites recommended on the telly but when i search nothing happens..

I recently had this problem with my Vodafone contract. In the end I rang Vodafone and told them I wanted to end my contract. They then offered me a new deal - for £10 a month I got 50 free texts, 75 any network anytime minutes and a new phone Ericcson V600i.
It is worth looking at your last few bills and seeing what you have actually used so you know what to negotiate.
HTH and good luck.0 -
I was just wondering if anyone got the details of the tariff and provider Martin found for the girl on the 5o'clock chow yesterday (Thursday 19th Jan 06). I only caught a few moments of the show, but i head he got her average bill of £65p/m down to £5 with some cashback/ free line rental scheme.
If anyone could help that would be great

I'm not sure which websites you are talking about and what you mean about nothing happened.
Is it websites in the article that aren't working? If so I can report the faults and get it sorted.0 -
There is a page linked to from the Main Site which gives details on what Martin talks about on the Richard Hammond show so if you have a look
here it might help you with last night's programme.
Sorry but I missed it myself so I can't give you any more information than that.0 -
Certainly, the onecompare web site doesn't seem to be working properly.
You enter your details and click to search for the best deals, but the search system just seems to hang.
Probably being overused since Martin's advert for the site?0 -
Thanks, thats a help, I'll get someone to look into it0
