One time I got about 4 meals all with medium fries and they missed one of the meals. Went round again and they gave me the meal and the girl said she'd given me large fries at no extra cost, for the inconvenience I guess which seemed OK. When I got home I found she'd used a large fries carton but only half filled it! I didn't lose much sleep over it though for the record.

well why not just drive back round, block up the queue until u get what u ordered?!

whats the point in driving away and coming on a forum venting?! u coulda sorted it all out there and then without having to phone them up!

The OP said someone from their works went to get the meal - so they couldn't have driven round.

I kind of don't get why every one is so hostile against somebody venting on a blooming venting board! (and Chuckley I'm not refering to you, just quoted re top point - I'm usely very fond of your contributions).

This used to be a happy place where consumers ganged up against multi nationals who get away with under providing whether it be by £5K or 5 chips!

In answer to the OP yes I've had this in the drive through and in the resturant. I find it more annoying in the resturant when i see them spilling (my) chips on the way to the counter! I never complain but it does annoy me a bit. Yes they're saving my waistline by doing so but that's not what i'm paying for! and yes there are much bigger issues in the world but I think I can seperate one minor issue from another larger one while I have my happy meal!
