Does anyone know what else other than phone, battery and charger would be included normally (i.e. at full price, not refurb), and whether the rest of the kit can be bought elsewhere?

The is usually a in ear handsfree, USB cable and wall charger.

No case, no holster, no in car charger! But you can pick up a tripple pack: Case, car charger and handfree ear bud for around £4 + £3.50 P&P from the Phoneshop in Petersfield. Look out local at boot sales and mobile unlocking places they do cheap deals too.

I got my V3 this week from OSPS (12month OVP Voda Anytime 100) £54 for the year inc handset and line rental VIA CASHBACK so you have to fork out £33 in the first 3 months (@£11 per month) and (£22 per month for the next 9) you get £54 cash back in month 4,8 and 12. It is unlocked.
