We're on a VM package although I've no idea about BB speeds, so how do I find out what BB I'm getting.
As we do very little downloading do we need to increase the BB up to 20 / 50?

You could try a speed tester, it would give you a rough idea of what you are getting.

I get around 7000kbps download and 338kbps upload on ADSL which IMHO is adequate for casual use.That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
