    Bought wrapping paper!

    I have took down the Christmas cards which will be reused in to gift tags I will try and recycle some into new cards and what is left after that will be used to write shopping lists on ect.

    My young'uns got that much I now again have a cuboard full of unopened toys which am sure (bar the eldest) have forgot is even there or had, I will keep these and give for there birthdays or a treat if they have been good, poorly ect just to cheer them up.

    I have been looking at smellies for the baskets.

    Other than that nothing so far.......whcih is no choice of my own with my kids (or even with most folks) and sales/ busy shops dont mix:rolleyes: Unless of course you count Woolies :( or toys r us in which case it doesn't mater how busy it gets :rotfl:

    QP x
    Grocery Challenge. £400. - £35.22 + £19.80 + £109.01 = £164.03
    Other spends (Clothes Luxuries etc)£11.97 + £1.19 + £7.36 + £69.00 + £38.50 + £5.50 + £23.00 +£2.00 = £158.52:shocked::sad:

    I've got a present box for the year for kids parties, thanks to M&S 3for2 deals and the sale! Also got christmas cards and wrapping paper.
    Couple of presents for kids birthdays (lego from the Boots sale) but nothing else for Christmas.
    I am usually quite organised but last year I wasn't, so aim to be more organised this year.

    Only been shopping once since before Christmas - bliss! But did manage to get all my cards and wrapping paper in the sales. I have also re-organised my gift drawer and written a list of who had what this year.

    Hoping to have more time to get into crafting this year so more people will get homemade gifts as the ones I made this year were so well received.

    Yes! I had stuff ready before this Christmas for next Christmas! :o
    And I've brought a few bits since as I've seen them.

    I'm determined to be totally organised long before Christmas this year!!
    Me too :D

    I have my sisters presents more or less finished (she has a space.nk bath set, prada perfume set and some stila glosses and some other bits and bobs which sounds expensive but with the codes, quido and sales it wasn't hyper_fast.gif), and my mum just needs one more thing (not saying, 'cos she reads here sometimes :p) and that's her done, too.

    I have most of my 'Santa' shopping done for my DD (she's 2) - a disney carriage laptop, a fisherprice 'my baby' doll, some games, lots of books, and the jam and jelly pram set. Just need the jammies and sweets. I've spent about £40-50 on her so far thanks to the grabbits and pre-Christmas sales :j

    I also bought wrapping paper! I have loads already but I've been looking for black stuff for ages and finally found it, so it'd have been rude not to get it :A

    :D

    Good idea for a thread.

    Have bought mainly for birthdays so far. Xmas lessons learnt from 2008:

    - not to buy gift vouchers;
    - buy plants for neighbours from the local market again
    - to check purchases and remove things that date them - eg Boots Soap & Glory have put vouchers inside their set which expire in March

    :) Declutter 300 things in December challenge, 9/300. Clear the living room. Re-organize storage
    :cool2: Cherryprint: "More stuff = more stuff to tidy up!"
    Less things. Less stuff. More life.
    :heart: Fab thread: Long daily walks
