Oh yes, Debenhams, M&S and Next all online. I have a cupboard where I keep pesents for the year for birthdays and Xmas. I've saved loads and my family will get lovely presnts.

I used to pay for every Christmas at top rate on my credit cards and spend all year paying it off just to start all over again. Now I'm buying in the sals, paying it off straight away....all thanks to what I learned on this site.

Had stuff left over from last year plus some bits and pieces I was given that just aren't 'me' so they'll be recycled on to someone else.
Took christmas cards down this morning and cut out the pieces I can re-use for cards and gift tags.

I've made a list of stuff I want to make but haven't actually started yet

I haven't yet because since I moved house I don't have a drawer... my old flat had a Divan bed with a massive drawer underneath that was always full of gifts and cards, but I'm worried here that I'll misplace them! A bit of reorganisation needed first...

I use the four drawers under my bed and two suitcases on top of the wardrobe.
I have bought all my cards and crackers for next year as well as various bits in sales for hampers. Waiting for the Boots 75% off to buy lots of my small gifts but can pay for all of this with points.
Sealed pot challenge well under way and have added a bit that I have saved using MOC's at Tesco.

Yep, bought all my cards and cards for my two boys to send their friends. Will be making some cards and have already got supplies for that and ordered a couple of bits in the sale that I'm waiting to arrive.

Bought all my wrapping paper and have some cellophane left for basket type pressies so won't need any of that.

I'm going to make tags using last year's cards or knock up using the pc.

As for presents, I've bought a few (probably mostly kiddie birthday pressies to be honest) and also component parts for making gifts (such as pots for pots of gold).

I've also started a list of what I've bought and who I've bought it for/ what I need to do with it to try and get me organised.

I started planning for Xmas 2008 in the summer and ran out of time with the things I wanted to make so have some (ok, lots of!) cross stitch stuff that I am carrying over to make for this Xmas.
