Well I've just spent an hour or so trying to get the various wires into the various terminals and given up as the wires are just too short to get in and stay in at the right angle. Would it be OK to just buy some more wires and use extend them using connector blocks?0

Anyone have any comments on this? I did have a quick look in B&Q on the way home but was somewhat baffled by all the different wires available!
