I lost my phone :(

My contract existed long before the cinema offer was announced. I had PAYG and I only used it for cinema, virtually nothing else, so I had a monthly usage cost of around 30p and I had no trouble getting cinema vouchers.

If I get a new PAYG sim, will I need to spend more than 5 pounds a month to qualify for cinema vouchrs? That is what it says in the T&C's But what are people actuall experience of this?

I need to hear from people with New orange accounts PAYG who don't use the phone hardly and whether they do or do not qualify for vouchers.

If you do not qualify ...How do you know what message is returned to your phone when you apply for a voucher?

in late december 2005 i transferred the number from my expiring 3 contract onto one of the free orange sims that are always being posted up on these boards. when i registered the sim i got £1 credit. i have basically left the sim in an old phone on a desk since then, just so that i can catch anyone calling my old number - i've added no credit to it since.

last night i sent a text for a cinema voucher and received it within a few seconds. no problems at all :) £3.50 for 2 late-night cinema tickets in central birmingham... bargain :)

i spend about £10 a year on orange and never had a problem, from what I inderstand is that people who spend more than £5 or £10 or whatever get priority if it is busy
