Nokia 6220i unlocking help

Having a nightmare with mobiles today.

My normal Nokia has stopped charging today, my old Nokia you can't hear who's calling.

My only hope was to use my current 02 chip into my Nokia 6220i but it is locked (ex 3).

Any help please ?
