Three days for me on all previous transfers, however sometimes quicker as I found out earlier this week. I moved £8K from Lloyds via BACS on the 30th........arrived ICICI 31st which surprised me as I wasn't expecting to see it there til the 2nd Jan !:j

I have 2 fixed rate bonds with ICICI no issues opening them. Unlike my high street bank who took 14 days !!

Their website could explain things better but the cutomer service is top notch in my experience(both online and phone). Whenever you communicate with them, they actually listen to what you are saying and appear at least to know how to deal with problems.

As already expressed in the thread, worst customer service ever, my mother and I had no end of problems with them and would not touch them with a barge pole in the future.
