The Britannia has an ISA which pays a higher rate if the balance exceeds £9000.
A member noticed this and wanted to transfer an ISA in and amalgamate it with an existing ISA to bring the total above £5000.
We can't do that said Britannia.
They went on to say you can transfer your existing ISA out and then Transfer it back again.
I kid you not.
