    Yes - HL is deffo £3K min for a new ISA.
    That isn't strictly true as you can invest anything from £100 per month using their regular savings plan, which you can stop when you reach your desired investment level. You also don't strictly need to keep to the minimum of £1000 per fund as the key features document suggests. I've had holdings of <£1000 throughout the time I've used H-L and it has never been raised as an issue.
