are mbna anygood??? recieved letter with good offer.

like the others here, i like mbna, they do send me cheques all the time (with every statement and periodically inbetween) but they are a great company, the staff are very friendly and the call centres are very efficient.

asked for a limit increase by an additional 5k the other week and they did it with one call PLUS had a lovely friendly chat with the operator while she looked at it.

generally - MBNA - 10/10

MBNA are great until you find your circumstances have changed then you just find you can't get nowhere I know I have had problems with my debt level but once I tried to sort it out MBNA were the only ones out of 4 other companies that were not and still not willing to help out at all. they just kept increasing the interest rate whereas other cards reduced it to 0% while I got back on my feet. So basically you are fine with MBNA unless you can't pay the bill then don't expect any help from them.
