    I don't mind limitations....I don't think I am ever really going to get into doing more than 5 or 10K....I just wondered whether it was worth buying the nike trainers to go with the ipod. I am sure you can get a sensor that just goes onto any other trainers but I haven't been able to find it.....

    What you been up to while I've been away?
    Just catching up on the posts. Got back from Stanstead. Shortest engagement celebration in history. Got a bit weepy @ the departure gate but managed to hold it together till I smelt his aftershave on the pillow. Oh Go I feel like I'm 16!:confused:

    thanks sally...will get those....my ipod is the touch so i don't think i need the other sensor bit that goes into the ipod.:confused:

    Sammy the nike + isn't compatible with the Touch so you wouldn't be able to use it :mad:
