    excuse me....you are not Fat. How cool new trainers and swimsuit. I am so looking forward to getting back into running routine next week :)

    I was always called cack handed and thought it meant I was clumsy....however when DD3 had her child development test they said she was cack handed....

    The health visitor said it was used to describe someone who is right or left handed but who used their other hand to do a lot of things...ie ambidextrous . I am right handed but use my left hand to do lots of things....

    well, i beg to differ! but thanks hun!

    have a run with 2 runchums booked for tomorrow morning, and runclub starts again on monday, so what with race on 28th i at least feel like i've kept my running up a little bit..... but must do better in the coming year

    Sally, I am going to try a power walk tomorrow..I am desperate to get back out and run but at the minute I can't walk up the stairs without coughing to death......

    I wanted to ask anyone if they use the nike+ sensor thing. I have one on my new ipod but I am loathe to buy extras for something I might use once....
