Who offers the best deal on PAYG

I know everyone has their favourites but who offers the best PAYG deal.
I am currently on Virgins 100 minutes/no txts for £14 per month but that can't be the cheapest around.

I want more!

im on orange dont know the plan i get 600 minutes to other orange users and 3000 free texts all after 7 for £15 a month which i think for payg is really good

o2 online sim cards give up 100 anytime any network mins or 300 texts for £10 a month, plus you keep the £10 as well

Thats good but weird why do i get another 0 added onto the 300 texts for £10. hmmm weird must be my tariff. but that does seem good though with the 1mb free orange world access aswell. Well worth looking at.

What happens if you don't spend £10 a months - IE can you put £10 on in month 1 and it will roll over to month 2 or 3 ?
The resason for asking is I need a low usage sim that rolls over

Yes it will roll over but you dont get the free minutes until you top up again.

You must make one call or send one text every 6 months to keep it going.
