Nice one, f_f, a lovely shiny new laptop to look forward to. Enjoy it, you deserve it, and anyway if it wasn't for the internet and this site you would probably have spent hundreds and hundreds more than your laptop is costing anyway so it's really a necessity and not a luxury IYSWIM?!0

Morning all!
Jeez, I'm tired. Granny can't go out one night then work the next morning any more. I am going to be suffering for the rest of the day I think :rotfl:
Faith No More were excellent last night and a lovely time was had by all. I don't think I have ever sweated like that in a gig before though, yeesh. I think the clothes we wore will need washing at least twice. Urgh.
Ebay Update
7 items listed
3 items have bids on them totalling £24.07 (£21.09 of this is the Lovely Bag *sob*)
1 item without a bid has a watcher, which is hopeful!
The Lovely Bag has 11 watchers, so I'm hopeful the price will rise and the Laptop Fund will grow!
Money Update
Not healthy at the moment.
Spends: £135 (I sent my friend £40, reason is below)
PAD: £2.03
Groceries: £182.98
Entertainment: £50 (Didn't go out Monday and didn't buy a drink last night, woo!)
I have sold shares and they are worth £253.15. £40 of this went to my friend as we went 50/50 when we bought some earlier in the year. I am still waiting for the sale money to go into my share dealing account and then will have to wait on a cheque coming through so I will be sailing close to the win for at least a week. Humph. My plan is to pay £200 to the laptop and the rest will be spends/PAD money.
Groceries is actually ok as my brother came down for the gig last night and brought with him such joys as 5 packs of Special K and teabags from my mum (Woo mum!) and meat for the freezer from my dad, so we should eat well for the rest of the month without having to go too nuts.
I am horribly late for work at this pointStill have to apply make-up (Lots required this morning :rotfl:) and eat.
*scampers off*

I had a look at your bag on ebay and it's gorgeous! Can't bid though because I have WAY too many bags and shoes...
Wish I had some nice expensive things to sell :rotfl: everything I've got is junk or worthless, although saying that I sold a load of electronics stuff for about 40quid in total last week :T
Run run run don't be late!!!
xThs signature is out of date because I'm too lazy to update it...0 -

Hi all,
Going into work early this morning to finish [strike]reapplying for my own sodding job[/strike] securing my future so in a hurry!
Money
Cash from sale of shares still isn't withdrawable. Bridesmaiding next weekend, dress doesn't fit and alterations will cost in the region of £40  Looks like I'll be dipping into my emergency fund...
Ebay
Lovely Bag is still at £21.09 but with 11 (!!) watchers. Hopefully that will go up a bit.
Other items:
One selling for 99p with 1 watcher
One selling for 99p with 2 watchers
One selling for 99p with 4 watchers and
One selling for £1.99 with 8 watchers
Only two items don't have watchers.
I think I will end up using a little Ebay money for living as well as Laptopping. Things are just sooooo tight this month. Grr.
Must dash!

Money in Emergency Account is sitting at £140+ so I can afford the alterations and also the make-up money for getting my face done on the day (Bride is also skint so we're paying for some things) The wedding is next Friday so will have to go to the tailors tomorrow after work to see if they can alter a dress that quickly. Urgh. On the hilarious side, the bride has also bought her dress from the internet and it arrives three days before the wedding
