Hopefully your order will arrive soon.

Just ordered another couple of packs of shakes and a variety pack of soup. That should keep me going for another couple of weeks.

Pleased there are more retailers as the price appears to be going down :j.

Hi all. I'm back again. I think the last time I posted and indeed followed the CS diet was November but then I stopped because I had successfully lost nearly 1 stone for my holiday to Dubai but now I am back because now I have a new goal to work towards. My new goal is to fit into my very nice new dress for my cousin's engagement party which is on the 20 Feb. I realise that this doesn't really give me much time but I am hoping that I can shift some weight before then. The last time I checked my weight i was just a little over 10 and a half stone but that was nearly 3 weeks ago and I have recently been scoffing junk food so that might have gone up some more and I am dreading looking but since I am gonna start this diet again I know I have to.

Anyway, this message was in aid of saying hi again after my long absence. Hopefully this time I will stick with it and actually get down to a normal weight for my height (munchkin 5'2) since I have the wedding to contend with in September.

Thanks for the welcome back DansMum, I have a feeling I am gonna need all the luck I can get since this time round I am working to a much tighter deadline- I have barely 2 weeks, so I know I can't lose 2 stone but I am hoping to lose some so that I can fit in my dress comfortably. Right now my stomach is really noticeable (not happy with that).

Anyway, good luck to all of you fellow CS dieters, maybe we can all CS ourselves thin huh?
  • Hi am considering celebrity slim, however as a nurse i work nights so am not exactly sure how i would work the shakes and snack in when i am asleep duing the day! Anyone else do nights? If so how do you manage the program?

  • i am really confused i read on here that we can have the atkins endulge bars so i stocked up on the crispy milk chocolate ones however after reading the nutritional value i noticed that per 100g carbs are 47 which seems way high so i sent a message to a celebrity slim expert my reply was that you can have atkins snack bars as long as per 100g carbs are less than 10 however none of them are or should i look at net carbs now im afraid i am having to many carbs and diet will not work please help!!!!!!! x

Where did you get your Atkins bars from? I'm loving the CS ones but if Atkins are cheaper and work just the same I'm willing to switch!
  • boots do them and i think tesco do aswell i cant seem to get answer as to whether we are allowed them, as i dont know if we need to consider carbs or net carbs if it is carbs then i dont think we can as per 100g it is 47 i have asked a celeb slim expert and await a reply so i will let u know meanwhile if someone else knows the answer it will be appreciated. thanks xx

I used to use them instead - but Id have half at a time (cough - what Id actually do was scoff one, and go without my snak later....) didnt make any difference to my weight loss I dont think, and even if it had slwed things down a little, the improvement in taste made it worth it !!!
Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup
