I got the two week thing too. I get the feeling you have to ask for it to get it - I guess a lot of people give up or forget.

me too, 2 weeks, i messaged them asking for a voucher£ upgrade due to the lateness but they said no
. they seem to have broken their own t&c's! anyone got the screen shot?

What an interesting turn of events.
I was told last week, by secure message, that I am not eligible for the wine and if I wanted to complain or close the account etc etc.
Today I called their customer services dept, on 0161 4771927 (from saynoto0870), and stated their T&C to them. They checked with their marketing dept and confirmed I AM eligible.
So previously, Rachel Carr, Team Manager, gave me a rubbish excuse to try and stop me claiming the wine.
Beware! Call them if you disagree with their messages.-The Bug0
