Mushy Peas. They get runnier and runnier every time I buy them - just seem to be more liquid than peas!

Why are organic baked beans usually cheaper than non-organic Heinz baked beans?

I thought that this has happened to Tia Maria - we call these drinks 'stickies' cos of the texture but the bottle just finished was a lot more watery and not of the same consistency at all. A real disappointment in fact.

My OH works in a distillery that bottles Tia Maria and there has been no changes to the strength or water volumes - you should complain if the bottle wasnt right - the batch can be traced and checked.

I usually buy Tesco own brand peanut butter as it's softer than Sunpat, but when I did the shopping just before christmas, I noticed there wasn't any own brand on the shelves, nor any shelf labels. Went back to Mr T's tonight and there still isn't any sign of own brand peanut butter, but they did have a fair amount of the Whole Earth ones.

Wondering if they're changing their recipe/jars/whatever.

I read this thread the other day, then promptly forgot about it. Have just eaten a Tesco French Style Wholemilk yoghurt which are usually lovely and creamy. Honestly, my thought after the first mouthful was "this tastes watery". Then I remembered this thread.
If the manufacturer starts off with wholemilk, then adds water, does this legally still count as a wholemilk yogurt?? The added ingredients just say sugar and flavouring, but I've been buying these on and off for years and I swear they taste different.

You must have got my share then as the last few tins I've opened have been more beans than sauce, making them very thick and stodgy :(
