I've had a look and it sounds most interesting but I already have a fit ball that is gathering dust and so fear the worst for a flexi-bar!!

Hi, thanks for the flexi bar advice, My problem is lack of motivation - I already have DVD's and weights gathering dust - as well as my gym membership

But I have lost a pound this week so am heading in the right direction :j

Have had a madly busy week at work and I am kna*ckered :mad:

Haven't really done anything except work - and have managed to put 3lbs on :mad: Have been too busy to spend much but am seriously skint until payday on Wednesday :eek:

Resting is definately on my agenda this weekend but I really need to think of a strategy for work. Several 'chats' with my boss have not me nowhere and I can't keep on working at this pace. It's starting to make me ill, I am exhausted and feeling really stressy and upset :mad: Not sure whether I should approach HR

It's not even a secret stash In fact I was given a bottle of wine today as a 'thank you' for orgainising the event I did this week - will certainly be opened tomorrow

Good plan but I'm impatient so am starting tonight

Boo to work overdose & weight gain ... however, extra work will create extra demand on your body resources so try to make it healthy stuff you eat rather than just quick sugar fixes ... says she who hasnt lost a single pound since the original 2 :rolleyes:
