Oooh ShoeGal you sound just like me with the partying! :o Could you perhaps exercise at home? I love my Flexi-bar, so much so that I am qualified to teach it ... Really good for those short of time (ten minutes will have an effect), relatively cheap, effective, easy to store in a flat and fun too. :T Swiss balls are also brilliant and cheap, but do take up a bit more space.

PS. I have a 20% discount code for the Flexi-bar website in case anyone is interested.

Well my class love using Flexi-bars, and there are some scientific studies supporting their action. They definitely work better than the moves you do using them alone, so you get more done in less time just as you would if you used weights. Don't bother with a fake bar, I've tried them and you can't feel the vibrations all the way through you. Also don't pay for a carry bag, they are rubbish. Some of the prices on the website are cheaper: I will PM you the 20% discount code if you want?

Yes please, FF. I like the idea of doing a wee bit at home for ten mins or so - it fits in with my attention span....
