    Afternoon Shoe Gal,

Sorry, but unable to help on the infectious exercise. I so rarely watch tv that when I do then it has to entertain me rather than make me perspire:o . If I could just get over my public pool phobia then I would happily swim every day. I'm just going to have to keep up with the food I can walk to plan & brace myself for getting on that torturous bike again :(

Good plans for September, so many of us are turning over new leaves that together we should be invincible :D. I am very determined to continue with Goddess type plans & as I have a nice tan at the moment I was wondering how many sunbed sessions :shhh: a week you think I'll need to maintain it ?

Thanks Lula, we defo all need to nag/motivate each other through September

I would say once a week on the sunbed and a couple of times with gradual tan stuff. My favourite, L'Oreal NutriSummer spray, is on offer in Boots at the mo, 50% off :j (Spray is much easier, lazier :othan the lotions, l use it a couple of times a week in Winter - don't want to look like Jordan )

    Hi Shoe Gal...

At least you've got some things done, it's better than nothing like moi !! I've plans to do it all later I should just admit to myself now it's not going to happen, but I won't !

The workout I do is a video. It's Patsy Palmer's workout and I love it,I think it was the first one she did. It's not too hard and I like the tunes she does the workout to. I can only do about 15 mins of it if I put effort in but it all helps. I'll have to get the video recorder out of DD's bedroom as I don't have one downstairs.

I hope you're snacking lots ready for tomorrows start!

Thanks for the sunbed info ;). I feel so much better when I have a bit of colour but I agree with all re looking like Ross . I watched some odd tv doc about body builders once & they are mahogany colour & their wives were actually putting it on with a roller :rotfl:Will check out the Nutrispray too as I have some lotion which works fine & the colour is good for me & I also need to use my £5 off No7 / Ruby & Milllie voucher + 250 extra points too :j.
Hope first day back at work not too grim, I'm dreading it :( but ...

Hurray for September & all the plans it involves. We're going to be so damn F Fabulous the world will have to take a step back :D
