Feeling a bit yucky today! Combination of too much booze, too much booze and general laziness and partying whilst l've been off - didn't do anything on my list but l enjoyed my week off :rotfl:

Am feeling very bloated and spotty!

Time to start on my plans to refocus my efforts in September :D

Well just enjoy relaxing today then.

I need to get a plan going, think its gonna be a October or 2010 plan though, heads still in the clouds for one now.

First thing on mine is ring Halifax, and get cats micro chipped so they can go out, I haven't let them out since I moved here so they don't run away but think Spencer (who loves being out) is going a bit nuts now although hes still unsure as he has no idea where he is bless him.

    Hi

Everybody seems to be making 'new term' type plans for September so here's mine. :D I already have a plan in place, running up to my birthday and hopefully trip to Spain, until 16th Ocober so these are some specifics for September. I have a fairly quiet month socially, and l have clothes and shoes , for what l do have planned so l want to make this as low spend a month as l can and try to throw some extras at my debts (although my car needs an MOT this month:eek:)

I find it really hard to keep on track though. l know the advice is usually not to weigh everyday but it seems to work for me

I want to tone myself up on my legs and stomach but too lazy too, no room in new house for my exercise bike, i used it loads last year and it did well for my legs.

Need to turn myself into a hot mamma now :rotfl:
