God I have to have a social life right now, staying inside alone makes me even more nuts!

I lived with a hermit though anyway until 2 weeks ago

Right - your challenge today is to make arrangements to go out somewhere at the weekend - something to look forward to :D

    Well done! Brilliant day.
Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending

I think you're being too hard on yourself. Both Monday and Tuesday had lots of positives. Some days you won't manage as much as others, but at the end of the day, you're still working, still paying your debt off and getting closer to where you want to be.

    Thanks :A

It seems if I do well on the debt busting front the dieting goes haywire, and vice versa

Done well today food wise, been to the gym and am doing Slendetone now but................ spent £9 on fake tan spray  (non-essential)

Me too. I am never in control of both at the same time. Earlier this year, I was a fair bit thinner, but had my head stuck in the sand about my money situation. Now I've faced up to the credit cards and am tackling it, I've put on loads. It's not ggod, but don't beat yourself up for bad days (and even good days as was the case this week).

    Little changes and all that.
Like me, youre not the kinda person who can totally deprive yourself. I dont freak out if someone forgets to put the light off or if I have to pay full price for bread. Enjoy your little non essential treats, having things to look forward to will help in the long run.

Sure you dont need me to tell you all that though :)
