    Hi Shoe Gal,

glad to see you've got more fun stuff coming up & well done on todays achievements. As to the dieting. I'm also struggling & even the imminent holiday doesnt seem to be having any effect. Might invest in a box of Special K tomorrow ... desperate measure, but must remeber it's meal replacement rather than an in-between snack ;)

I think you are doing really well Shoegal.

Think of your goddess routine, you've kept that up for ages. That's the kind of thing I'd start and 2 days later would be forgotten!

It is tough going. I still want to have a social life and go out and stuff so I do go for every freebie going. I went to Wagamamas today with a friend and it was the first time in AGES that I haven't eaten out with a voucher.

Orange Wednesday films that kind of thing, I'm a facebook fan for just about every venue that I like (art galleries, theatres etc) and you sometimes get special offers that way.

I'm the same, I couldn't just stay in every night. It would drive me insane. However I have got lots better, I used to buy a lot of books, now I go to the library, I used to buy lots of random stuff when I visited a gallery - now maybe I buy one or two postcards. That kind of thing really helps.
I've got my own flat :j:j

Now I have to pay the bills

And feed my interiors addiction ;)

Thanks makeup, really good advice :A

I think being single and living alone I have the potential to become a hermit if I don't allow myself some social life :D

God I have to have a social life right now, staying inside alone makes me even more nuts!

I lived with a hermit though anyway until 2 weeks ago
