    Morning Shoe Gal,

glad to hear your Dad is ok.

Nasty list you have there :( but I have every confidence in your powers of achievement.

As to letters going to your mums address; I've had some here for my DD1 ( bank account opened after she lived here so shouldnt be any connection to this address) & CCCS have advised to just 'return to sender' unopened.

I am getting very lazy these days, didnt get up until 10 :o. DD has made cakes so guess what I've just had for breakfast

Come on now, off that sofa & on with your jobs, I'm off to hang washig out in the garden ...

    Hi Shoe gal :hello:
Just read some of your diary - the last few pages have had me in stitches - especially the Adult Nursery rhymes :rotfl:

I do feel for you. Buying clothes, shoes and make-up is a big thing for me and the hardest thing to give up. It's good that you've managed to cut back but still pamper yourself.

I'll keep popping back to see how you're getting on.
    Good Luck x

Party was good last night - and I have really slept in this morning :D

Felt fat at the party though, so it's really time to get cracking with the dieting and exercise if I want results by Christmas

Started a few things on my list yesterday but haven't got very far - and am still in my jamas :o Need to get a wriggle on, will update later

At Easter I set my self a six month challenge to get on top of my finances, so here is the end of October report
    • reduced my total debt by £2816.57
    • reduced my mobile contract by £10 per month
    • cancelled my (unused) gym membership
    • earned over £50 in Quidco money
    • earned £10 voucher from ipoints
It hasn't always been easy, and I am sure there is more that I could cut back on but I have always said that I want to have a life too, whilst debt busting

Overall I am pleased. For the first time in at least 15 years not only has my overall debt not increased, but I now have the systems in place for it to steadily decrease :D
