Anybody up for a dieting challenge? My hols are well and truly over and I have the waistline to prove it :o

Christmas Eve is eight weeks tomorrow and my target is to lose 15lbs

Thursday will be my weigh-in day and here are my starting stats:

    Date: 29th October
    Start weight: 11 stone 8lbs
    Target: 10 stone 7lbs

Not got a definate plan in mind, just aiming to cut down for the first few days and then get organised at the weekend. And I definately need some sort of exercise plan

    Welcome back hon :D

Hope it was fab & fun & full of five a day ;)

I am right there with you on the diet - have put on 2lbs in the last week  & I think it's due to those darn hobnobs & chocolate weetabix brownies.

I just cannot resist them so finished the last 2 today, have washed out the cookie jar & will not be making any more for a while. I've decided to buy some cheap nasty Tatco biccies for DD then I wont be tempted to eat them.

9 weeks until the new year & I want to start it as I mean to go on ; slim & trim.

I have a whole stone to lose & a whole wardrobe of clothes waiting to be worn when I do.

    Ready, steady GO :D

Hi Shoe Gal, glad you enjoyed your holiday. Your thread filled me with plenty of laughs while you were away.

Well I'm up for joining the challenge. I'm getting weighed on friday so shall post my details/goals after that.

I've seen a friend today has been dieting and going to the gym all month, she's lost a stone and looks really really good. I was around the same weight as her (she was slightly taller) so I can look at her and see that losing a stone makes a big difference, rather than my usual moany 'i'm so fat I would need to lose 5 stone for it to make a difference'
    Initial Debt July 2020 - £6,772.80
    Debt now Jan 2021 - £6,208.21
    Overpayment pot - £0
