What a week - so glad it's the weekend

Work has been manic again, the event I was working on went really well and the team got loads of praise so I was really pleased :D but I am shattered too

I am getting nowhere with my boss  It seems like a constant battle, he will not get me the help I need to cut down my workload, he just wants to take parts of my job away from me - all the bits I love  Not really sure to where to go from here - I think I may have to start looking for something else but I am really reluctant to do so as I love my job

Not much else to report! I have managed to lose a couple of pounds, probably more by accisdent tham design :o but weightloss is weightloss! Obviously, I haven't managed any exercise, domestic stuff or socialising so I have all those on my agenda this weekend :D

Hello & welcome back to your diary :D

Really pleased for you that the event was a success :j. Sorry to hear that the boss is not being very helpful, is there anyone else you could possible ask to help out with certain tasks ?

Great news on the weight loss too & like you say, doesnt really matter how it came about as long as it wasnt through starving yourself.

I'm being all domestic today, although somewhat reluctantly & mainly because my sis is coming over tomorrow

Try to get some you-time in as well.

    Bye for now

    Lula

    Hi

I returned my top to Kookai and have bought bargainious (sp) peep toe shoe boots from Bertie - reduced to £32.50 :j

Also got some new (and needed) makeup with Boots points, and got some 3 for 2's on M&S food to last until Wednesday - so a good trip all round :D

Have eaten well today, going on mini blitz as I am out for my birthday next weekend - and then off to Spain :j so want to be good this week

Have also caught up will all my texts and emails - so my friends all know I'm still alive :o

Have lots of domestic stuff to do tomorrow so X and early night for me :D

Not really, I report directly to a Director so it would all get very messy if. for instance, I spoke to HR. At the moment I am just going to get through the week and a half until my hols and then see how I feel after that. Sadly, I may end up having to look for something else

Am up stupidly early (for a Sunday!) so I need to make it a productive day! I'm not doing a list - they demotivate me  but I know what needs doing so will be back later with a 'done' list :D

You are up early!! Lists are good if you have time and motivation to complete them, but make you feel rubbish if you've been rushed all day yet nothing's got done.

Didn't get much more done - apart from a sensible Asda shop and put petrol in my car (saving the mad Monday morning dash :o)

Treated myself to a sunbed too, ready for my hols :D

    Plans for this week;
    • sensible working hours
    • eat well
    • exercise
    • early nights
    • lose 2lbs
Need to have a bit of a 'detox' week after the hectic last few weeks - and make myself more of a priority

Also need to do some domestic stuff - so I am challenging myself to clean a room and clear out a drawer everyday

And to make it a low spend week - no nights out planned so shouldn't need to spend much. Am doing OKish so far this month so would like to make an overpayment at the end of the month - haven't managed it the last couple of months :o
