Then you must try harder Katsu:rotfl:
He was a first time buyer and he made all the right noises, he loved the living room and was imaging his furniture in most of the other rooms
He and BF had a good chat about not being able to throw things out, so BF showed him all the good storage/hiding places
So we will have to wait and see, he had 4 more houses to go to that the EA had picked for him, BF's house was the one that he had picked himselfMortgage Aug 12 £165K, Aug 19 £0

Viewer loved the house, but wants to suss out the area some more, so that probably means "No Thanks"
After today I only have 3 more days left at work and boy are these last few days dragging by
BF is off out today on his works Christmas do, so no need to rush over to his tonight if I don't want to but haven't decided yet what to do. Do feel like going over there as I can use him heating instead of mine and laugh at him when he comes in drunk
Still haven't wrote my Christmas cards  but really not in the mood to do them, or finish off wrapping presents. Brought the cards into work to do but have decided to come on here instead :rotfl:
Next week when December mortgage payment goes out I will then be under £20kso feel very happy about that. Have managed to O/P £6739 this year which is the most in one year, since I started to O/P way back in 2008
Now just need to pick a target for next year, (under £10K would be amazing) so I can then torture myself with numbers for all of 2011Mortgage Aug 12 £165K, Aug 19 £0

Superb Radish, well doneA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Brilliant overpayments. That would be great if you could reduce it so much in one year. I'd love to get mine from £30k-20 so you'd be in company.0

Dad has his heart check yeterday where they go through his groin into a vein and thread it all to way to his heart
His arterys have all furred up, so this is why his heart is racing as not enough blood is being pumped around. The specialist popped in whilst dad was recovering and said his intial thought would be to fit a pace-maker. Guessing with Christmas being this week he won't get an appointment untill early next year and will have to go to Liverpool for the op (if he decides to go through with it)
Other news from yesterday mortgage payment and O/P went out the bank so I'm now officailly under £20K (20 months to 40th that could be a new challenge)
Finish work tomorrow and then off to BF's until next year, didn't get to see him this weekend as it snowed Friday night and the roads on Saturday looked so dangerous I decided he wasn't worth the risk
Still haven't written Christmas cards so will save them till next year and either write a letter/ring them up in the New Year to explain what a lasy moo I have been and please forgive me. Anyway it turns out that most of my family have sent my Christmas cards to BF's house, evne though I only live there at weekends, suppose its one less thing to pack into my carMortgage Aug 12 £165K, Aug 19 £0
