Bank Charges Refunded!!

Following the advice on these boards I have had bank charges refunded this morning in the sum of £1331.50. These charges relate to the last six years and have been for bounced cheques, direct debits, exceeding overdraft limit, etc, etc.

There are some doubters on this board, but thanks to dchurch24 and his website https://www.bankchargeshell.co.uk I have challenged the Co-op and won.

I just sent my small claims summons off to the court this morning for £474 worth of charges from the Bank of Scotland.

Hope I have as much success as you did
